Yeah, there's definitely a bunch of "pros" milling about - professionals, that is, get your mind out of the gutter. I mean there are people who are taking this costuming thing to a different level.

Now, if someone could start working on an Invisible Woman costume where she was really and truly partly invisible, wouldn't that be something?

White Queen & Black Queen (precursor to Dark Phoenix) from Claremont's X-Men run. Hmm, they bear a strong resemblance to the Ms. Marvel/Scarlet Witch combo I photographed 2 days before - are these the same women?

Eva AIr Cargo on final for 24 at LAX

My oldest son and his family are competitive runners. He was signed up to do a marathon in San Diego, but was injured so pulled out and signed himself, wife and kids up for the 5K instead. So since San Diego is close to LA where my middle son lives, he and his family decided to join them for a little vacation. One thing led to another and my daughter and her family and my husband and I decided to make it a whole family adventure. Of course we did the tourist things while we were there. Be prepared, I took way too many photos and will be posting oodles of them here. lol
