This picture got killed because the execs said it looked to "lesbian", I was thinking more harem when I shot it
Sharon always picked up the dictionary. It was her "favorite" book, and liked to learn a new word or expression every day... I think she was looking up "sang-froid"

While I had my head burried in the Hasselblad, some guy came up to me and started asking questions "Say buddy, whose da blond, is she a model? Wa agency is she wit?" I told the guy "Ford" without looking up, and when I was done shooting I asked my assistant, Harold, who the sweat-hog was that was asking questions. Harold laughed and pointed to John Travolta as he walked away...

Drew's mom, Jade, wanted to make sure that I destroyed all of the photos that she did not like from the shoot. So Drew and I sat there with a hole punch and punched out all the pictures that were not approved. Years later, I opened up the hole punch and found all of these circles of Drew and threw them in an envelope. Here they are...
You can see where the great light from the doghouse came from in this shot. It was the house, across the lawn, that bounced all this great light in, every afternoon.

This was probably the last roll of Kodachrome that I ever shot. I was hanging with Fabrizzio Gianni, and he was using Kodachrome, so I thought I'd try it. Kodachrome is pretty, but you could/can get Ektachrome back from the lab in a couple of hours...

I wish he never had, I loved the old Whisky.
