The 193m tall Electricity Pylon at West Thurrock, East of London, Essex, is the tallest structure of its type in the UK. Constructed in the 1960's and owned by the National Grid, the pylon carries the power-lines for the Thames Crossing near Dartford.

Venus, Saturn and the Moon appeared together.

What a nightly love triangle! ;)

If you stare closely at a slim crescent moon, you should be able to see the darkened outline of the rest of the moon’s surface. This phenomenon is known as Earthshine.

Since the light is reflected rather than direct sunlight, earthlight is faint and rather mysterious-looking. Earthshine is twice-reflected sunlight – one bounce off the Earth to the moon and then a bounce back from the moon to Earth. Both moon and Earth absorb much of the sun’s light, which is why earthshine appears faint compared to the sunlit crescent. A full Earth reflects a lot of sunlight back at the moon, so earthshine is brightest when the crescent is thinnest.

The Triangle

(dedicata al "maialone")

Early this morning by the lake of Lucerne. The title works better in Finnish in my mind: kolmiodraama. Minor editing in iPhoto.

This was completely accidental. I took several pictures that time but only when reviewing them I noticed this one.

I liked the fact that it seemed as if she was distressed about the man with the woman.

Hope you like it.

STATEMENT OF TONY PEARSON -- "Stephen Locke could lick me at anything. He stole Fern from me, beat hell out of me with his fists though I was armed. With women, golf, money, it was the same. How could I have managed to kill a man like that."

STATEMENT OF MRS. FERN LOCKE -- "I Love Tony, I'm having an affair with him. But Stephen can make me forget Tony, any time, any place. Tony simply couldn't have killed Stephen, my husband -- because Stephen would have killed him first!"

But the cops had one body, and gambled on another. They figured Tony was playing -- KILLER TAKE ALL1

"You need to give it up

Had about enough

It's not hard to see

The boy is mine

I'm sorry that you

seem to be confused

Baby Doll

Exploding with earthy, elemental passion, this is the latest dramatic hit by Tennessee Williams.

"Baby Doll" is the highly charged and striking story of a naive, desirable Southern girl married to a man twice her age, who falls in love with a vital young stranger.

Produced and Directed by Elia Kazan

Presented by Warner Bros. Starring

Carroll Baker, Karl Malden, and Eli Wallach

Who do I pick? Miss high maintenance chic over here or Miss drama queen over there. I'm so confused. Please help.

They drugged him and now they will molest him.

Fighting over the last crumbs of greenery or snail mating? Monday 29 September, London N7.

I love this crockery set that we got from my granny, pure white and simple :) It must be some 30-40 years old! I wanted to take one more photo with a water drop on this strawberry, but I ate it so... :-)

With strawberry season on, so many yummy ways to eat it! Strawberry with cream, strawberry milkshake, strawberry icecream, fresh strawberry juice and .... and....... :-) Would you like to add anything to this list? Please feel free to add a tag :)

You might also want to see the love triangle I made earlier :)

THE BURNING FLESH OF MANY WOMEN

When Alain Le Ray's wife ran off with his best friend, he tried to make a new life for himself in the arms of other women:

COLETTE -- the tall and full bodied girl who lived across the hall. She gave herself to Alain the very first night . . .

KAT -- the sleek and athletic young actress. Although a Lesbian at heart, she didn't mind sharing Alain with her voluptuous maid, MINA -- as long as the three of them could be together . . .

MONIQUE -- the ravishingly beautiful blonde who learned the facts of love in Alain' arms . . .

ALL WOMEN'S FLESH is a penetrating novel of love and desire in today's Paris.

It's no problem of mine

But it's a problem I find

Living the life that I can't leave behind.

Miradlas a ellas. La placidez que ansío. Por lo menos así soy dueño de vuestras siluetas.
