There are still some wonderful people left in this world! They are diamonds in the rough, but they're around! You'll find them when you fall down– they're the ones who pick you up, who don't judge, and you had to fall down to see them! When you get up again, remember who your true friends are!

For 121 Pictures in 2021 #9 "Begins with K", this is some of my kitchen knife collection. They range in age from about 5 to 35 years old. The block is even older, and I didn't realize until I looked at the picture how badly it needs replacing, lol. Or maybe just refinishing, it still holds the knives.

Thank you to everyone who pauses long enough to look at my photo. All comments and Faves are very much appreciated
These are my favorite set of knives...just because of how happy they make me feel with all their bright colors and patterns!
Arco de Cuchilleros (Arch of the Cutlers)
Origin of its name is in the cale de Cuchilleros (Cutler Street) where the workshops of the cutlers' guild were located, which in turn supplied their products to the butchers guild concentrated inside and around the Plaza Mayor. Now mainly cafes, and restaurants. Except for few traditional businesses.
Now a shout out to a brilliant family business of 5 generations La Favorita Casa Enguita. The have the best selection of hats, caps, and scarves. Every time in Madrid a visit is made to kindest proprietors at the North West corner of the Plaza in the gallery, you can't go wrong....

FYI: What you see is a nailbrush and each string measures 0,16mm thickness. The Scissors of the tiny little helper is about 3-4mm. Size of the visible helper is aprox. 10-12mm.
A nailbrush is a small brush designed specifically for cleaning and scrubbing the fingernails and toenails. It typically has short, stiff bristles that help remove dirt, debris, and bacteria from under the nails and the surrounding areas. Nailbrushes come in various shapes and sizes, but they generally have a compact design that fits comfortably in the hand.
Using a nailbrush is a common practice during personal hygiene routines, especially when washing hands or feet. The bristles help to clean the nails thoroughly and promote good nail health. Nailbrushes are often found in bathrooms and are a handy tool for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene.
Some nailbrushes may have additional features, such as a built-in handle for easier grip, or they may be part of a grooming or manicure set. Overall, nailbrushes are simple yet effective tools for maintaining clean and healthy nails.
