Ilford Art 300 looks quite nice with 2nd pass lith. A fundamental requirement for the success is an overexposure between about 60-80%. Also the filtering of vc-papers has its influence to the final result.

It was a gorgeous, warm Feb 29th. The birds at George C Reifel Bird Sanctuary were enjoying the warmth and the free grain handouts!
This one was hanging out at the fish market in Puerto Ayore hoping that someone would throw a snack its way. Another way the interaction between people and wildlife is threatened in the Galapagos by making them dependent on handouts.
Ft. Morgan, AL, USA...Fishing Pier
This heron was hanging around the pier looking for handouts. It was amazing to be able to just walk right up to this bird. The GBH's at my local parks are extremely skittish and you can't get within 50-100 yds/m.

Friday was beautiful day in Kensington Metro Park.
The birds, the falling leaves, the color, and the warm temperatures made our visit ideal. Autumn in Michigan is beautiful.

An aerial handout photograph shows smoke and ash from an eruption in the Puyehue-Cordon Caulle volcanic chain near Osorno city in south-central Chile June 5, 2011. A volcano dormant for decades erupted in the Puyehue-Cordon Caulle volcanic chain in south-central Chile on Saturday, belching an ash cloud more than 6 miles (10 km) high that blew over the Andes and carpeted a popular ski resort in neighboring Argentina. Wild Racoon looking for a handout, one of several that stop by looking for leftover bird seed or peanuts, they don't bother anything and I don't eat racoon meat, shot in North Carolina.
Trying to eat lunch outside in October automatically brings in the hornets. They are just looking for handouts. The Ground Hornet (Vespula vidua) is a native species that is a lot less aggressive than some of the other hornet species. I always share my sandwich with my little friends. Mt. Pleasant (Howard County Conservancy), Maryland.

Gulls or seagulls are seabirds of the family Laridae in the suborder Lari. They are most closely related to the terns (family Sternidae) and only distantly related to auks, skimmers, and more distantly to the waders. Gulls are typically medium to large birds, usually grey or white, often with black markings on the head or wings. They typically have harsh wailing or squawking calls; stout, longish bills; and webbed feet. Most gulls are ground-nesting carnivores which take live food or scavenge opportunistically, particularly the Larus species. Live food often includes crabs and small fish. Gulls have unhinging jaws which allow them to consume large prey. Gulls are typically coastal or inland species, rarely venturing far out to sea, except for the kittiwakes. 13345
San Diego Comic Con 2022 (Thursday - 7/21/2022). Ran into this clown on 5th Avenue in the Gaslamp Quarter and he was looking for a handout. Inflationary times can be tough on a clown! LOL! Favorite, share and comment!

Was my first visit,enjoyable..short on time,...but nice to make an acquaintance with this place ....
Very tame birds near the entrance
fun for children of all ages
:)
there were some Golden Crowned Sparrows that looked like they were actually thinking of coming to hand for handout...
365/2021 - Expanding Horizons - Day 336 Dec 2 - There are 2 of these Roadrunners at the rv park, and they can be beggers for handouts, just found out they actually like meat. I don't like feeding the wildlife makes them to tame!
While staying at Rancho Oso Resort off Highway 154 between Santa Barbara and Solvang in California, we decided to visit the Firestone Vineyard and hike the trail (1.2 miles) between it and the Curtis Winery. While there, we paused to have lunch, and this fellow happened along to see if we had any handouts! (11-02-23-5011)
Black-browed Albatross, Kelp Gull and White-chinned Petrels, all waiting for the next handouts from the foul smelling chum barrels ....

In south Norfolk, Virginia, the Norfolk Portsmouth Belt line’s Berkeley yard is just on the outskirts of town. We see here NPBl 5261 on a yard job today with a very strong overcast weather staring straight down upon. This crew would be the once’s to offer me a job here on the belt line.
This little chipmunk supermodel made several cute poses for me while it contemplated whether or not I was going to give it some food. (I wasn't.)
This group of young male Wood Ducks was unusually tame. They are obviously used to people and used to getting handouts. I didn't have any treats for them but they stayed for a photo op.
This adorable dog sat so patiently outside the barrier (his owners are directly on other side) hoping to share something from the feast served at this outdoor patio restaurant.
His patience was rewarded before long, then he sat down again - maybe wondering what dessert would bring! It was such fun watching him.
While dining outdoors on the bay at "Squid Lipps" at Cocoa Beach, I snapped about 40 images of the sunset with the trusty IPhone camera. I hit the shutter repeatedly when a flock of gulls were circling for handouts from the nearby dock and got lucky with this image.
I was reading a local handout newspaper, the Southsider or something like that, and they were saying that the old Kmart on Lake Street, which became a homeless encampment after the riot, and now a USPS center to put the kybosh on that ... had been purchased by the city (that's where this shot is from), and they were soliciting suggestions as to how the property could best serve the residents of the area. And me being my typical self thought, "What a stupid question." The building is in the heart of the city (right where the riot took place). Clearly, where less enfranchised demographics live. It is covered in Graffiti, most prominently a huge American Indian portrait and a George Floyd portrait, and it had been a major site of homeless encampment for more or less two years. So the residents of the area just might benefit from a cultural center that recognized and helped those people who feel, and are, so disenfranchised by a system that 1) has resulted in world wide recognition of a law enforcement system that is renown for racial profiling and violence, including now legally defined murder at the hands of a police officer, against them, 2) left them homeless living outside of an abandoned Kmart and then stripped even that away from them, and 3) fails to even see the opportunity to reach out to them through a center they are planning to create to "help the residents," of the community right where they ousted them from. It might also benefit from part of such a center being a "rehabilitation shelter" focused on getting these people off the streets and back or just in to society in ways that are not only beneficial to them, but also to the community ... crime would drop some, a sense of "good neighbors" would increase some ... the drain of subsidy would decrease some, in the long run ... the community would become more whole.
