Ávila - city capital of Avila province in central Spain, in the Castillian Mountains at an altitude of 1128 m above sea level. The city was founded by Celtyberów and Christianized in the first century. After three centuries of Moorish rule, won them King Alfonso VI in 1085. After the reconquest, the city re-live the Christian knights. They began work on the most characteristic and representative building in the city - Las Murallas (walls). Po trzech wiekach rządów Maurów, zdobył je król Alfons VI w 1085 r. Po rekonkwiście, w mieście ponownie zamieszkali chrześcijańscy rycerze. Rozpoczęli oni prace nad najbardziej charakterystyczną i reprezentatywną budowlą miasta - Las Murallas (mury obronne). Mają one średnio 3,6 m wysokości i 2,7 m grubości i liczą sobie prawie 2,7 km długości. Do miasta wiodło 9 bram, a 90 wież zwiększało obronność murów. Z miastem jest związana święta Teresa z Ávili

Znaczącym zabytkiem jest Basilica San Vincente upamiętniająca św. Wincentego z Saragossy. Słynie ona z niezwykłego grobowca umieszczonego pod baldachimem w orientalnym stylu.

Cangas de Onis is one of the main towns of the principality of Asturias. Even in medieval times it became the capital of the principality.

We decided to get away from our accommodation in Ribadesella to walk along its nice streets and visit the famous medieval bridge over the Sella river.

Really it is a very beautiful and cheerful city with a restrained tourism, because although there were people, we could walk quietly and without stress. Where there were more visitors, was on the bridge which I shall dedicate the picture later. (If I can find it)

This is an any one shopping street, people walking or going from here to there, cars ... Finally a normal street with normal people in a normal day and nothing to describe or to praise.

But I love the feeling of life and movement that managed to capture at the time. I think there is no need to photograph palaces or castles for achieving a good photograph.

Cangas de Onís es una de las principales villas del principado de Asturias. Incluso en épocas medievales llego a ser la capital del principado.

Decidimos hacer una escapada desde nuestro alojamiento en Ribadesella para pasear por sus bonitas calles y visitar el famoso puente medieval sobre el rio Sella.

En verdad se trata de una ciudad muy bonita y alegre con un turismo comedido, pues si bien había gente, se podía pasear tranquilamente y sin agobios. Donde más visitantes había, era en el puente al cual dedicaré la fotografía correspondiente más adelante. (Si la encuentro)

Esta es una calle cualquiera con tiendas, gente paseando o yendo de aquí para allá, coches...En fin una calle normal con gente normal en un día normal y sin nada que destacar.

Pero a mí me encanta la sensación de vida y movimiento que conseguí captar en su momento. Pienso que no hay necesidad de fotografiar palacios o castillos para lograr una buena fotografía.

Si quieres, puedes ampliarla para verla mejor y en todos sus detalles.
