Colonel Michael F. Tremblay is a native of Michigan and commissioned as an Infantry Officer upon graduation from the Infantry Basic Officer Leader course in 1995. Colonel Tremblay is a career Infantryman who has deployed in support of Operation Enduring Freedom and Operation Iraqi Freedom.
Colonel Tremblay is a graduate of Ranger School, Airborne School, Air Assault School, Pathfinder School, Mortar Leader Course, Infantry Officer Basic Course, Infantry Officer Advanced Course, Combined Arms Staff Services School, Command and General Staff College and the National War College. He holds a Bachelor’s of Science from Western Michigan University where he was the Distinguished Graduate of 1995, a Master’s of Science Administration in Leadership from Central Michigan University, and a Master’s of Science in National Security Strategy from the National War College.
He and his wife Christy have two daughters, Maizie and Ciena.
