stick mantid
stick mantid/popa undata (some sources say popa spurca)
Had to go for passport photos last week for new passport, used same restrictions here: no teeth, no smile, no spectacles and both ears visible (if present).
This is the stick mantid, not stick insect, saw they sell them in the US for $30 as a pet: usmantis.com/products/popa-spurca-african-twig-mantis
The 3 little knobs in the middle are simple eyes, used to detect light or dark and other signals that the big compound eyes are not needed for. (Info and next link from iNaturalist.org ) en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Arthropod_eye
