Seen with Dualway/McConn of Rathcoole on a Special Olympics Shuttle service in June 2003, this 1983 ECW bodied Olympian was imported to Ireland by Halpenny of Blackrock County Louth on its Dundalk Town Service, it ended up with Dualway.

ECW/Leyland Olympian 83LH930 with Halpenny Coaches of Blackrock County Louth seen February 2001, Ex LRT 717(A717 YFS)
B753GSC was a Leyland Olympian ONTL11/2R / ECW H51/32D new as Lothian 753 in October 1984. It would later get Mac Tours livery. In 2004 it crossed the Irish Sea for a new life with Halpenny Travel of Blackrock as 84-LH-1328.

Haplpenny /Violet Bus Company of Blackrock County Louth are seen providing some plant for the 50,000 plus heading to the Ed Sheeran Concert in Dublins Phoenix Park, Joncheere/Volvo 10LH618 and 09LH687 and ex Ulsterbus Tours 02LH11095 are seen on North Wall Quay
The unseasonal July weather may well have reduced the number of flying displays at the 2023 Royal International Air Tattoo, but had no impact on the number of coaches attending. One such vehicle pictured arriving at RAF Fairford in Gloucestershire was FC03 MVE, a Volvo B12M/Sunsundegui Sideral coach in the fleet of Jackies Coaches Moreton Valence, Gloucestershire. It was new to Halpenny (Violet Coaches), Blackrock, County Louth as 03-LH-3497 in June 2003, passing to Belle Vue, Heaton Chapel, Greater Manchester as FC03 MVE in October 2006, becoming A9 VUE in May 2009 and moving on to Timewells, Maghull, Merseyside in September 2010. It passed to Furlong, Kirkby, Merseyside in June 2015, where it was reregistered T60 FUR twelve months later, although it returned to Timewells in April 2019. It was acquired by Holmeswood Coaches, Holmeswood, Lancashire as FC03 MVE in October 2019 and arrived with Jackies Coaches in February 2023.

FB06 ORY is a Volvo B12B/Sunsundegui Sideral C53F coach in the fleet of Boulton & Francis (KB Coaches), Eastington, Gloucestershire. It was new to Halpenny (Violet Coaches), Blackrock, Ireland as 06-LH-3886 in April 2006, passing to Volvo, Loughborough (Q) in January 2010. It had gained its current mark by the time it was acquired by Boulton in March 2010.

It was new to Halpenny (Violet Coaches), Blackrock, Ireland as 06-LH-3886 in April 2006, passing to Volvo, Loughborough (Q) in January 2010. It had gained its current mark by the time it was acquired in March 2010. It is pictured taking Bristol City FC supporters to Wembley for the Johnstone’s Paint Trophy Final against Walsall.

MZ7392 was No 294 in the fleet of Belfast Corporation, a Guy Arab III FD70273 – Harkness B31F new in 1950. It was withdrawn in 1958 and by 1960 had passed to Halpenny, the Violet Bus Service, Blackrock, Co. Louth. Shortly after this photograph in April 1965 it too went to Co Limerick, to O'Sullivan, Hospital 4/65.
