Pencil Sketch Road

I watched 500 Days of Summer and there's a really nice effect around 2/3 of the way through the film where motion stops and then the frame fades through various level of pencil sketch styling eventually ending up with a blurry mess of black and white leaving a solitary figure standing in the middle.
