Silver Spring Maryland, June 12, 2018, Over 100 activists and supporters gathered here to protest the killing of unarmed African American pedestrian Robert Lawrence White. Mr. White, 41, was gunned down by Montgomery County Police Officer Anand Bandgujar for his unruly presence as a "suspicious person" walking in a place he was presumed to not belong.Thumbs up to Black Lives Matter DC and the other sponsoring organizations for mobilizing folks in less than five hours.
