Col. Marvin Griffin assumed command of U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Savannah District from outgoing commander Col. Thomas Tickner at Savannah’s Hyatt Regency Hotel, June 19. Brig. Gen. C. David Turner, commander, South Atlantic Division, presided over the ceremony.
