Flasher Hat- Jeremy Shafer

Folded in may from a 28-inch square of what I'd assume to be Kraft paper (I really don't know much about paper). This model is easier to fold if you precrease the grid as all valley folds, then pinch in the moun tains you need. The collaspse is easier, and the resulting hat is sturdier
