The year of the Dandelion - "Pissenlit"

Are all those worms looking up seeing the greener side of these very common flowers this year? Had them as a starter once in a restaurant in Paris. They call the dish "Pissenlit" because of dandelions diarrhoetic qualities! I wish I had known when I ordered it.
