19/365 Maybe the Birds Can Teach me to Fly

I am so far away

 

I try to get there

 

But I can't. Not yet, not now

 

I try to fly on my own, but I fall every time.

 

Maybe the birds can teach me to fly.

 

And I will fly away to you.

Hmmm, had some fun in photoshop with this one. The rays may be a bit much, but I thought they added to the photo. Your opinions on this one will be greatly appreciated.

 

I think my jumping pose could have been improved slightly, but I was both running out of daylight and running out of time had before I needed to be at work so I settled for this one.

 

I used a texture found on irisb477's photostream and I have to say, I think it turned out very well. I can really get into this textures thing. And I am also starting to have much more fun in photoshop. There is so much you can do! I don't know how people can learn how to do everything.
