Straight from the camera, no photoshopping or editing. The process was as follows: Start 6-second time-lapse while assistant is behind the model with a sparkler waving it in a circle. Two AlienBees strobes fire for a total of 0.0005 seconds, which combined with the 6 second long exposure, creates the final image.
