CHARLOTTE, N.C. – Command Sgt. Maj. Robert Winzenried, the U.S. Northern Command senior noncommissioned officer, coins Soldiers from the 211th Military Police Company who are standing guard at critical locations Sept. 6 throughout Charlotte, N.C. during the Democratic National Convention, held Sept. 3 through 6.
