My Thundercloud
Day two hundred eighty-four/365. Last night, after our Memorial Day picnic at my in-laws', I stayed overnight in Lancaster County, for a morning meeting. Following the business of the day, I visited my former next-door neighbor's house. He repairs computers, so I was dropping off my laptop.
The stop in his driveway gave me the opportunity to take a peek at my old backyard. There was the thundercloud plum tree that I'd planted in 2004. Boy, has it grown! I was glad to see it looking healthy, especially after all the TLC I gave it while living at that house.
The thundercloud plum is what I miss most about that place.
BTW, since I've dropped off my laptop for repair, I will have less opportunity to be online. For the next few weeks, I'll be on Flickr a little less. I have vowed to keep up my 365, and will certainly check out the photostreams of my contacts. I'll just be a tad more scarce until I get my laptop back. I already miss it! LOL
