Hornfaced Bee - Osmia cornifrons
This mason bee is storing pollen to feed its larvae. They will emerge from the tube next Spring. Then the process begins all over again. This mason bee is using a tube found in a mason bee house. The species was introduced from Japan to help pollinate apple trees.
