Day 131: Gulf Hammock Rat Snake?

This snake was quite lengthy, and was sunning itself on the road. There are a number of people down this road who are terrified of snakes and would have ran over it again and again to kill it. So, we stopped and sprinkled it with water until it got out of the road. It's a pretty good snake to have around and keep from such a fate.
