Ferry Captain and friends
Designed and carved by Brandon Lawrence out of an old Cypress tree, this spectacular wooden piece of art was unveiled earlier this year at Rhyll.
With the Ferry Captain at the wheel and accompanied by symbols of Rhyll life: a pelican, a snapper, a cheeky seal and black swan (ubiquitous in the area known as Swan Bay), and a visitor, the seagull that sits on his cap, this sculpture makes an impressive sight in the fading light.
