"My Promised Land" Book Launch with author Arik Shavit

On Thursday, February 20, 2014, the Jerusalem Press Club hosted columnist and author Ari Shavit, who launched his bestseller “My Promised Land: The Triumph and Tragedy of Israel”. Interviewed by JPC Director Uri Dromi, Shavit reflected on the process of writing this book, which is a blend of Shavit’s own biography, his interviews with key protagonists and the general history of Zionism and Israel.
