ArnoSync control panel
The idea is that pressing the button cycles the system through idle, set up mode and shooting mode. The red LED flashes in idle and lights up in set up mode. While in set up mode, the yellow LED indicates the strength of the return signal from the detector. The green shooting mode LED flashes while the shutter capacitor is charging, and is steady when the shutter is ready. The intention for the white LED is to provide a flash ready indication.
The board also has test points: 0volts (ground), laser drive and shutter trigger, though these can be changed by changing connections inside the circuit housing.
Pity I didn't think to wipe the dust off before taking the photo.
