Ursprünglich in Sri-Lanka und Indien heimisch und dort durch stetige Abholzung ihres Lebensraumes stark bedroht, wird diese Kleinkatze in Deutschland nur in 3 Zoos gehalten. Neben dem Zoo Berlin , züchtet nur noch der Zoo in Frankfurt.
The sri-lankan rusty-spotted cat is on of the smallest cats on this planet. She lives in Sri-lanka & india and is endangered by the loss of her habitat. In Germany only 3 Zoos show this cat but only the Zoo of Berlin and the Zoo of Frankfurt are breeding this endangered species.
