Daibutsu-Den Tōdai-ji Nara Japan

Le Daibutsu-Den, plus grand temple en bois au monde, se situe dans la ville de Nara.

Il fait partie d'un immense complexe, le Tōdai-ji, ce dernier est le centre de pratiquement toutes les branches du bouddhisme Japonais.

Ce temple en bois, construit aux 8 e siècle, contient notamment une merveilleuse salle contenant le fameux Grand Bouddha Vairocana en bronze nommé Daibutsu.

Daibutsu-Den is the biggest wooden temple to the world, it is situated in the city of Nara. It'is a part of an immense complex, Todai-ji, the latter is the center of practically all the branches of the Japanese Buddhism. This wooden temple, built in 8 e century, contains in particular a wonderful room containing the famous Big bronze Buddha Vairocana named Daibutsu.
