Depot Plaza (Former Wal-Mart) - Carroll, Iowa - October 22, 2011
It took them four years, but the former Wal-Mart is almost full! The storefront entrance looks very nice, and they have used three of the four sides of the building (the South side of the building would be illogical due to the railroad tracks).

Hibbett Sports (Coming soon; located between Pizza Ranch and Sam & Louie's)
Sam & Louie's (Opened October 2011)

Carroll Apothecary - A Health Mart Pharmacy
RentAll (A rent-to-own store)
Spring Valley Wireless - Premium Verizon Retailer
One space remains out front, and I think Jo-Ann Fabrics would be an awesome candidate!
The back of the store has yet to be used, as well...I take it someday they will build a parking lot in the back are of the store and start leasing businesses.
