The 2009 Infantry Warfighting Conference was held 21-23 Sept. It was hosted by Maj. Gen. Michael Ferriter and Fort Benning.
The theme was Training Leaders for Full Spectrum Operations and the intent is for Army leaders with recent combat experience to come together and share information about what is working well in a deployed environment so those same tactics can be implemented throughout the Army.
