This derelict building was last the A & S: The Warehouse - Digbeth Discount, Cash & Carry.

 

Is it a former pub? What happened to it, why is it in such bad condition?

 

It is by the railway line heading into New Street Station.

 

The pub used to be the Hope & Anchor.
