Kingfisher (110802-0686)

Last year I placed a number of perches in my ponds, as well as in some local streams and rivers. Carefully placed perches allow you to control the backgrounds, and also allow you to anticipate where your subjects will be. This particular perch was placed in shallow water about 0' from the ponds edge and has become a favored fishing and preening spot.
