Making Hay While The Sun Sets
This is not really my normal sort of photo, but I was driving home from work this evening an spotted a local farmer bailing some hay. There was a convenient place to stop the car, so I though I would grab a couple of shots of the action. I liked the way the setting sun was catching the dust being kicked up by the machine. Taken with my Panasonic 100-300mm f/4.0-5.6 zoom mounted on my LUMIX G-9. The camera was set to manual with an aperture of f/8.0 yielding an exposure of 1/250s at ISO 1000. Developed from RAW using DxO PhotoLab v5 with some light stylisation using ON1 Photo RAW 2022, final crop and light edits performed using Affinity Photo.
