Old Windsor Hotel (Garden City, Kansas)

Towering over Downtown Garden City at 421 North Main Street, this Italianate and Renaissance Revival property was erected in 1887 by J.H. Stevens and C.L. Thompson. It was placed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1972, and sits vacant today.

Garden City is a small Great Plains city, or perhaps more appropriately a large town, located in the southwest of Kansas in the Arkansas River valley. It was home to roughly 28,000 residents in the 2020 Census, and serves as the seat of Finney County.
