Newbury Park Branch Library
Exterior shot of the Newbury Park Branch Library, early 1990's. This building, sitting on 2331 Borchard Rd., was the site of a Ralphs supermarket, which was fully renovated in 1990 to become the beautiful library we know today. It officially opened to the public on January 19, 1991. Prior to that time, the Newbury Park Branch operated from a trailer on the Sequoia Intermediate School campus. Photograph donated by Thousand Oaks Library staff, part of the Local History Collection.
