Chernobyl Reactor 5&6 - Main Reactor hall

The construction of reactors 5&6 was stopped after the accident. An attempt was made to preserve the building site in case they would finish construction one day - this is why there is metal covering the open sides of the building.

After a few years it became apparent that this building would never be finished.
