A Fully Clothed Pool Jump at The Tart Restaurant for 50% off the bill (as well as for wet clothes fun!)

On a rare personal note yesterday a wet clothes buddy (Steve) and I (Cestrius) participated in an ongoing promotion at The Tart Restaurant here in Los Angeles where diners can jump into the connected hotel's swimming pool fully clothed including shoes and get a 50 % discount off their check, or if they jump into the pool fully dressed with their cellphone, a free meal. The swimming pool belongs to the The Farmer's Daughter Hotel on Fairfax avenue is so named due to its close proximity to the Farmer's Market.
We arrived, had our meal, jumped in the pool and hung around in and around the hotel pool for over two (2) hours. Our check (bill) was bought out to us and laid on a table at pool side for us to sign. Nobody minded in the least that we were frolicking in the hotel pool in our street clothes. Towels were provided but that day they weren't really needed as we were experiencing an unusually intense heatwave. This was a really GREAT WAY to cool off in a place that minded not at all our enjoyment of wet clothes!
