CBP Enrolls First India Citizen Into the Global Entry Enrollment Program

On July 3, 2017, U.S. Customs and Border Protection proudly announced the launch of the Global Entry arrangement with India. All citizens of India are now eligible to apply for Global Entry. To commemorate this occasion, on June 22, 2017, U.S. Customs and Border Protection, Office of Field Operations, enrolled Ambassador Navtej Sarna, Embassy of India, Washington, D.C. into the Global Entry Program. Ambassador Sarna is the first Indian citizen to enroll in the program.
