Boise Creek Falls

Depending on who you ask, this waterfall is or is not open to the public right now. The falls occur on land owned by Hancock Timber outside of Enumclaw, formerly the site of the Weyerhauser Mill. I've talked to a land manager who works for Hancock who has said since the mill site is considered an Industrial area, its closed to the public, but there is little sign that Hancock is truly trying to keep people out at the trailhead, so maybe they really don't care.
