McDonalds in Hong Kong offers products that contain rice patties in place of bread. In addition to the rice, the Chicken Fan-tastic contains chicken thigh meat, lettuce, cabbage and some kind of vaguely spicy sauce. The one I tried was actually not bad; it oozed fat and grease, of course, but came in a greaseproof bag which itself was in a tear-to-open box. You can also get a Beef Fan-tastic.
