Oh You Fancy Huh [30/52]
I feel as though my days since three weeks ago leading to now have been consumed by studying. I've always done a good job of preventing dust from ever settling on my camera. Just haven't found the time to get out take some flicks. Makes me sad, really. I'm lucky to have my regular daily exercise practices to serve as an outlet for stress relief and relaxation.
I believe this is my first photo posted on Flickr taken with a cell phone camera. Being I haven't had time to go out with the intention to shoot, my iPhone has quickly become my go to camera for the last couple weeks. If you have an iPhone, and enjoy taking pictures and things, I'd highly recommend downloading the "Insta.gram" app. Unsure if they make a Droid compatible version. Insta.gram is really quirky and fun. Puts a groovy twist to cell phone photog'ing.
The weather has really been glorious the last couple of days. 60's, and 70's in San Francisco. Warm enough to go out comfortably with a T-shirt on. We've got rain and cooler weather coming later in the week though, so unfortunately this nice weather may come to a demise.
In order to capitalize on the wondrous weather we were having this weekend, Molly and I went on a picnic at Lake Elizabeth in Fremont. It was great. We got there relatively early, and found parking easily -this would otherwise prove challenging later in the day with increasing crowd size on a nice day. Molly and I practically had the area of grass to ourselves for a good while. I've attached a picture in the comments to give a feel for the moment. After kicking off our shoes, we indulged in sandwiches and a sweet desert gelatin we picked up on the way to the park. The rest of our "summer time moment" was spent lying down basking in the sun and enjoying one another's company. Very good times.
As time draws nearer to my CBEST examination (next Thursday!) I grow more and more eager [to get the exam over with] and more and more stressed [for fear of failing]. I was never a great test taker, and I've always stunk on ice with standardized exams. Bleh.
I did my hair hairs cut today. You know the feeling (guys) when your hair grows and begins to touch the top of the edge of your ear? Gah! I can't stand that feeling. haha. Gayle (pictured above) has been cutting my hair for ... my entire life thus far. Awesome huh? She is awesome.
I hope you've all been well. I apologize for my lack of stream following as of late. I'll catch up tonight. Happy Tuesday!
