Polyommatus icarus - Icarusblauwtje

Early morning stack of a Common blue butterfly (Polyommatus icarus, Lycaenidae), resting on an inflorescence of Plantago lanceolata (Belgium, Boom, May 8th, 2020).

 

Fieldstack of a live specimen (fast method, 122 images). Took and impossible amount of corrections in Zerene Stacker (Pmax & Dmap) and also GIMP (I use 2.8).

 

Sony A6500, Laowa 65mm f/2.8 2x ultra macro apo; ISO-400, f/4, 1/500s, -0.7 step, all natural diffused light.
