So there I was minding my own business when I learned Slayyyter's mixtape came out and decided to listen. Well her song 'eboy' lead my down a rabbit hole of searching out just what that was and becoming fixated on how to recreate the style. On paper it seems to be 2010s emo meets decora meets skater?

 

There's so many different types of outfits tagged as eboy that it's confusing but what I could parse out as unifying traits was the accessorizing with lots of chains & rings, nail polish. high waisted pants & layering so it was with those that I initially styled Jimin (center) yesterday and eventually tried to make another look but couldn't decide on OG Tate & my new Lukas so I tweaked & tweaked until two more outfits popped out.

 

So are these eboy? no clue but I'll just say 'eboy inspired' to be on the safe side & while I still don't quite get the in & outs of the style completely it was fun to try and figure out all the same.
