Camp Hi Rock (5/4/14)

An incredibly important place within my life and times, YMCA Camp Hi-Rock, in South Egremont, MA, on Mount Washington, along the Appalachian Trail. I am so grateful to return to this place again and again throughout my life, for sleepaway camp as a young person, and a young man with friends early in the spring and late summers, and always in spirit. After many years of attempted trips back, with friends, for work weekends, random day trips that never panned out, I am grateful to share these photos from my first trip back to camp in over half a decade. Though solo this time around, I could not have been more aware that so many had always and would always be with me; we carried each other to this place, and I take you all with me here, wherever we go, beyond and back again.
