Cream Puff

Julia Child's choux pastry/paste/dough or pâte à choux meets Nora Daza's (the Julia Child of the Philippines) bavarian cream-like filling...my two worlds collide. My childhood of watching Nora Daza's cooking shows and my utter admiration of Julia Child as a late-blooming cook/baker.
