A Splash of Light
Up and out for sunrise again - the weather forecast said I would get wet and it wasn't wrong Sunrise came and went - lots of interest in the sky around me but (as usual) not much in the direction I was looking to take a photograph. I gave it an hour and decided it was time for home and a coffee. Just as I had put the camera away a beam of light broke through the cloud and illuminated the field. It came and went in a few seconds - nothing I could do but stand and watch the amazing light dance across the field.
So - out came the camera again and a long wait to see if any light would break through. I could still hear that coffee calling my name
Eventually some light came - nowhere near as good as the earlier light, but it was still nice to get a photo.
