My Country Squire
This is my 1973 Ford LTD Country Squire, which I owned for a few years in the early 1980's. It replaced my Ford Fiesta (quite a contrast !) when I needed a lot more seats and luggage space. Pulling power was never a problem with a 429 cubic inch V8 under the hood. It came with all the mod cons available at that time; turning lamps, a/c, 3-way tailgate, fold-flat 3rd row seats, defrosting power back window etc.
It certainly came in handy at the time and was I suppose the predecessor of Ford's Windstar minivan.
