Jammed Champs-Élysées

Cars are stuck in traffic (as is tradition in Paris) on the Avenue des Champs-Élysées. According to a much used description, it is "la plus belle avenue du monde". A number of elite institutions (such as the Presidential Elysee Palace) are located in this area, which is the wealthiest in France.
