This insane Hennessey Cadillac CTS-V HPE700 was spotted on Park Avenue, in Winter Park Florida. This Hennessey HPE700 has 700 bhp, custom enlarged wheel arches, a fantastic wrap, and a crazy aero pack. Cars that have been modified by John Hennessey are pretty rare, so this is one of only a handful that I have seen. This is the second time I have been able to lay eyes on this exact vehicle, but the first where I have been able to get good photos. This was the perfect start to a great spotting night!
