Fast and easy apple cake

Used a yellow cake from the box. Divided dough.

One part on the bottom of the baking pan, then topped with lightly pan fried apple chunks ( peeled apple without seeds). The apple chunks, or slices are fried with butter, sugar, cinnamon and clove powder, few drops of vanilla extract, and hand full of raisins. Cooled then topped the dough, and again covered with the other half of dough. Baked till nicely golden brown.
