Naruto maki

Special kind of kamaboko, Japanese fishcake. Because of the pink spiral named after whirlpools in the Naruto Strait. Very characteristic ingredient for ramen (noodle soup)(see next photo). But if you ask me, you can easily leave it out, it's not that tasty. Or am I making enemies now? :-)
