Nicky sent me the makings of a clock and I think these 10" squares would make a gorgeous block - I'm thinking about a bigger version of one of the hexies in my hexy quilt, probably the one with twelve sections as the place in the middle where they all meet will be perfect for the clock hands/mechanism to go through.
