Printing pattern on Us Standard paper 8.5x 11 inches
If you notice on the printout the spikes run off the page a bit - this is because of paper size differences!
I learned that I had to download the pattern to my computer, then from the saved file I could change the printing properties to 'actual size' to get the pattern to print out and the 1inch scale came out exactly 1inch. My computer OS is Windows 7 with Adobe Reader X.
Some of the patterns run off a tiny bit on the paper, but not so much to cause and issue. The part that was cut off was in the seam allowance. I went ahead and printed them all at the same time on the same printer so as to have them all match in size later on. Also just some useful info - A4 paper measures at 8.3 x 11.7 inches (210 x 297 cm) and US standard letter paper measures 8.5 x 11 inches (216 x 280 cm) that's why my patterns printed the way it did. And for more useless paper measurement info go here www.hintsandthings.co.uk/office/paper.htm
It all has to do with what OS you have what version Adobe you are running and what type of paper you are using.
